I must say Scentales is the most lovely and ethically right florist I ever met! Since I place order through net, obviously I have thousand and one question to ask about. How to mix and match, is this and that available, how much do that cost if i wan to do it this way and etc~ But their customer service officers are damn patience and answer me question by question. Though my order is small, yet they show me what is professionalism and give me an update on the delivery. What’s more, i have twice amend my messaging on card and change of delivery date as my mother keep changing her first day of work.But still Scentales did a good job and my mum just smillng all the way and KEEP SMILLING from the bottom of heart!   Once again, thank you those who behind my order! Superb quality services ! I have placed the order last minute and request for delivery urgently but they are still managed to delivered. They even update us the status of the bouquet from time to time to at least keep us aware of the delivery status.
